Foaling Facilities
Bleu Valley Farm is dedicated to providing our horses, and those of our clients,
with the highest quality care possible. Foaling services are offered to
clients on a limited basis. Priority is given to those who have placed their mares with us on a long-term basis,
however, we will take outside mares based on stall availability during the
foaling season. For this reason we recommend booking as early as possible.
In
most cases, pregnant mares should arrive on the farm a minimum of 45 days
prior to foaling so the mare can form important anti-bodies prior to delivery.
Generally, mares stay at the farm for 10-14 days following the birth of their
foals and then are shipped out for breeding or return to their home farms.
We offer the following services and amenities:
- Heated Barn

Our entire barn is completely stripped, power-washed and disinfected prior to

healthy environment for the birth of each foal.
